You play as Commando Jack, defending against an alien invasion. The game combines tower defense with direct shooting: automated defenses attack incoming enemies while you can jump into a turret and fight them yourself.
Place towers to shape enemy routes and build defensive formations, then switch to turret combat when you want to take aim personally. Battles span multi-tier levels and pit your defenses against waves of different enemies.
The game offers a campaign, Endless, Elemental, and Mixed modes across 46 levels. Progression includes weapons, upgrades, and powers, with three stars available to collect on each level.
