You play as a junior at Ocean City University who, after nearly being hit by a car, is warned that a curse will kill her unless she finds her soulmate. As she continues college and starts an internship, several women in her life become possible partners.
The visual novel follows the protagonist through campus, work, and personal encounters. Each month, you choose which woman to focus on, then make story choices that affect her affection and shape the relationship.
Four romance routes branch into different endings, with choices steering each toward a good or bad outcome. The stories mix contemporary romance with supernatural and past-life elements, and completing the good endings opens a separate true-ending route.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its striking character art, voice acting, and distinct women and romance routes. Many describe the stories and endings as emotionally engaging, with supernatural lore and the true ending standing out for some. Opinions differ on the writing: some find the routes compelling, while others feel that romance and plot developments move too quickly or unevenly.
