We Love It's Guide to…

Proverbs

In Proverbs, you complete one enormous grid based on Pieter Bruegel the Elder’s painting Netherlandish Proverbs. The image is divided into regions that can be tackled in any order. Each numbered clue indicates how many tiles in its surrounding 3×3 area, including the clue tile, should be light. Mark tiles light or dark using the clues, then complete each region. Finished regions reveal parts of the painting and, in some cases, an illustrated Dutch proverb with an explanation. The game also includes hints, achievements, and an optional Renaissance-style soundtrack.

Fill a 54,000-tile logic grid, region by region, to reveal a Bruegel-inspired painting and Dutch proverbs.
