You are a spirit trapped in a hellish afterlife, playing blackjack against other souls to win coins and earn passage from the ferryman. Each round is a contest to get closer to 21 than your opponent without going over.
Build a deck by choosing card suits and face-card sets, then use their abilities to alter values, rearrange draws, and disrupt your opponent’s cards. Between encounters, add or remove cards, awaken abilities, and collect artifacts that shape your run.
Runs bring you face to face with distinctive opponents whose cards and curses change the match. Dialogue and card interactions gradually reveal their stories and your connections to them, while continued play unlocks further options and higher difficulty levels.
