Hotel Liminal gives you one corridor and two buttons. One says there is an anomaly. One says there is not. Only one of them takes you closer to the exit.

Look at everything

Step out of the elevator and walk the floor. The paintings, the doors, the signs, the lights, the carpet, the windows. Nothing announces itself. A door that was closed is open. A painting hangs an inch lower than it did yesterday. Or nothing has moved at all, and the only thing standing between you and the next floor is your own doubt.

• Nine floors, one way out. Every floor is a fresh judgement call, and every mistake costs you the entire descent.
  
• Two buttons, no hints. No map, no marker, no going back. You either saw it or you did not.
  
• A hotel built to be looked at closely. Warm lights, patterned carpet, paintings on every wall, all of it there to make you doubt yourself.
  
• Sound doing half the work. Play it loud, play it in the dark, and see how far you get.
  
• A focused run. Most players reach the exit in under an hour. This is a game you finish, not one you grind.
