You play a farmer drawn through a portal into Sproggiwood, a strange realm ruled by the forest spirit Sproggi. As you tame the wilderness, a rival civilization of Mushroom people emerges, shaping the story’s choices.
Each expedition sends one adventurer into a turn-based, grid-based dungeon filled with monsters, traps, environmental hazards, and loot. Procedural layouts and enemies with different abilities create tactical encounters where movement and positioning matter.
Play as one of six customizable classes, including a farmer, warrior, archer, thief, wizard, and vampire. Between dungeon dives, expand and decorate your village with buildings, trees, roads, and villagers.
Positive reviews highlight the humorous, charming setting and tactical encounters, especially the differences between classes and the ways monsters and dungeon features interact. Some also enjoy building the village and the range of difficulty options. Other reviewers find the gameplay repetitive or basic, and some note that the game is short or has sharp difficulty spikes.
