Doug Dunaheiw, a convicted murderer and asylum patient, discovers his cell unlocked before an exploratory surgery. With his teddy bear Teddy strapped to his belt, he explores the seemingly abandoned hospital in search of freedom, where an ancient evil has warped reality and dreams.
