Freshly sentenced to life in prison with no memory of the crimes you’ve committed, you must go on a journey spanning a chain of prison islands to confront the Warden and discover the truth of your past.

At Maddox Prison, every inmate is surgically altered to make their face and body match the crimes they committed. Meet a colorful cast of characters and rip their faces off.

Scarlet: Pseudo-religious figurehead who has promised freedom in exchange for the Warden's head.​
