You play as BUD, a Botanical Utility Droid sent to an alien world to harvest seeds from a giant Star Plant and help save his home planet. The plant is both your goal and your route upward through a world of floating islands.
Climb cliffs, stems, and other surfaces by controlling BUD’s hands individually. Guide the plant’s shoots toward energy crystals on the islands to make it grow, creating new paths as you ascend.
Explore for crystals that improve BUD’s abilities, and use plants such as leaves and flowers to glide or soften a fall. You can also scan local plants and animals as you search the world beyond the main route.
