In an age when powerful guilds guard their crafts, Bobbin Threadbare is the last young member of the Weavers. He sets out to uncover what happened to his guild and try to save it.
Explore locations and interact with characters and objects in a point-and-click adventure. Instead of using a large inventory, Bobbin plays sequences of notes on his distaff to cast spells and solve puzzles.
Discover new melodies by observing and listening to the world, then record them in Bobbin’s Book of Patterns. Some spells can also be played in reverse, adding another way to affect the world as the story unfolds.
Players often praise the distinctive music-based spell system, enjoying how it makes observation and experimentation central to solving puzzles. Reviews also highlight the fantasy atmosphere, artwork, soundtrack, and story; some appreciate that the puzzles are approachable, while others find the game too short or note that tracking melodies can be tricky.
