Starkiller, Darth Vader’s fugitive apprentice, sets out to find Juno Eclipse and uncover the truth about his identity while Vader pursues him. The journey takes him across new worlds and pits him against Imperial forces and other enemies.
Fight in third-person action combat with dual lightsabers, combos, and Force abilities. Grab and throw enemies or objects, use Mind Trick to turn foes against each other, and unleash Force Fury to intensify attacks and powers.
Develop Starkiller’s abilities and customize his appearance with costumes and power-enhancing lightsaber crystals. The campaign also includes environmental puzzles, collectible items, challenge levels with medals, and boss battles.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its forceful, fast-paced combat, especially the spectacle of throwing enemies around and fighting with two lightsabers. Some also value its visuals, boss encounters, and nostalgic appeal. These positives are often tempered by comments that the campaign is very short or repetitive, while many reviews report crashes and other problems with the PC version.
