Reflex is a competitive Arena FPS that combines modern tech with the speed, precision and freedom of a 90s shooter. If you sunk countless hours into the Quake or Unreal series, Reflex will feel like a welcome return of the old school shooter feel.

Reflex Arena is a competitive first-person arena shooter in which players race through arenas and fight with an emphasis on speed, precision, and map knowledge rather than cover or slow tactical play.
Build momentum with techniques such as strafe jumping and rocket jumping, collect weapons, and choose the right tool while aiming and dodging in fast-paced fights. Movement and combat reward practice and awareness of opponents and arena layouts.
Modes include free-for-all, team deathmatch, capture the flag, and one-on-one or two-on-two duels, with mutators that alter match rules. Players can also create maps in the built-in editor, test and share them through Steam Workshop, and use matchmaking, statistics, and competitive ladders.
Players who enjoy Reflex Arena often praise its fast movement, satisfying weapon feel, and the skill and map knowledge its matches reward. The map editor and shared custom maps also stand out. Reviews vary on how well it distinguishes itself from other arena shooters, while several note that the steep learning curve and small active player base can make it harder to get into or find matches.
