You play as Meat Boy, an animated cube of meat on a mission to rescue his girlfriend, Bandage Girl, from Dr. Fetus. The journey unfolds across varied worlds filled with deadly hazards.
Race through short, precision-focused levels by running, jumping, dashing in midair, and moving along walls. Saws, traps, gaps, and other obstacles make each route a fast test of timing and control; a death sends you back to the start of the level.
Progress through themed worlds, face boss fights, and find hidden bandages that unlock playable characters with different abilities. Earn A+ times to access harder Dark World versions of levels, then replay stages to improve your runs and uncover secrets.
