A year after a demon possessed you and used your body to spill blood across New York, you are free but left without your old life. You join the Unavowed, a secret society that confronts supernatural threats, and investigate the forces behind the city’s growing unrest.

Explore locations, talk with characters, gather clues, and solve point-and-click puzzles across a series of cases. Decisions shape events as the cases connect to a larger mystery, and the story offers branching paths and multiple endings.

Choose your protagonist’s gender and one of three backgrounds, then select two companions from a roster of four for each mission. Their distinct abilities can open different ways through obstacles, while their conversations and your choices add variation across playthroughs.
