You join a recovery team sent to an Antarctic excavation site to find out what happened to an earlier expedition. Exploring the abandoned station and heading below the ice, you follow traces of the previous team and uncover an unsettling mystery.

The first-person gameplay centers on walking through the environment, observing details, and interacting with a small number of objects. Simple tasks—such as replacing and turning valves or using switches—help you move through the site; there is little emphasis on action or complex puzzles.
