Menherarium: Deadly Dice

You play as someone held captive by a volatile girl who demands daily Chinchiro matches. To survive the seven days, you must beat her dice hands while staking your own blood.

Each match uses three dice, with hand strength determining how much score you earn toward that day's target. The rules and targets change, and your blood also serves as health, so risky rolls and rerolls can cost you.
