You start out in an old uncle’s basement, running an illegal business to raise money for the video game you want to make. The strategy game combines base management with a campaign set amid rival gangs, police, and other threats.

Build out rooms for production, hire workers for different jobs, and manage equipment and supplies as you make and sell products. Give workers weapons and send them into fights as you expand your influence.

Campaign missions set objectives and constraints that shape how you develop your base and spend your resources. Upgrades let you improve production and equipment, while a sandbox mode offers a less directed way to build your operation.
