In a land overrun by monsters, you play a survivor choosing from classes such as warrior, warlock, necromancer, and hunter. Each class has its own skills and talent tree.
Fight through runs of escalating monster waves, including elite enemies and bosses. Nightfall drains sanity, making a torch important for surviving the dark, while exploration can lead to ruins, underground areas, and scattered documents.
Develop your character with class talents, skill upgrades, runes, and skill evolutions that alter abilities. Randomly generated equipment comes from enemies, bosses, and merchants, and gear can carry over between runs.
