Soul's Remnant is a 2D multiplayer RPG set in a mysterious world of monster-filled maps, dungeons, secrets, and villagers. Players create and customize an adventurer and explore the world alone or with others.
Combat combines side-scrolling platform movement with skills from four paths: Melee, Magic, Ranged, and Faith. There are no fixed classes; using skills raises their levels and unlocks more abilities, which players can mix into custom builds.
Progress by fighting monsters, completing quests, and taking on dungeons and bosses. Equipment can be found and upgraded, while gathering and crafting provide another route to making items. Parties, guilds, housing, and player shops support multiplayer play.

Hi, I'm Chaomoon! For 8 years (from 2016 to 2024), I developed Soul's Remnant alone as my passion project. Over years of hosting public playtests, the game developed a community of dedicated players, and grew to be something larger.
Now, working towards bigger and better versions of the game, the team has expanded, with Rajah joining the team since 2025 to help with future updates and development!
