GeoGuessr places you at a random location shown in street-level imagery. Your task is to work out where in the world you have landed.
Move through the scene and examine clues such as road signs, architecture, bollards, and plants. Then place a map guess; the closer it is to the actual location, the higher your score.
Play against other people in duels, including team matches. Competitive play can also involve climbing divisions, while rounds test your ability to recognize geographic and cultural patterns.

Having a GeoGuessr browser subscription does not grant you full access to the GeoGuessr Steam Edition, unless you have an Unlimited or Elite monthly/yearly subscription. Nor does a GeoGuessr Steam Pass grant you access to the GeoGuessr browser version.
GeoGuessr Steam Pass holders will be able to cross-play against GeoGuessr browser subscribers and vice versa.
