War Flavor

From the Devs

You are Finn Ridley, a former Special Forces operative killed in action, only to awaken inside a cosmic simulation that refuses to let you rest.

Dragged into a twisted virtual dimension by an unknown entity, Finn is forced to fight once more through relentless trials, evolving enemies, and collapsing timelines… all for the chance to earn his eternal peace, and reclaim the one thing he desires most: his favorite ice cream flavor.War Flavor is a side-scrolling action platformer with tight, arcade-style combat inspired by genre legends like Contra, Metal Slug, and Blazing Chrome, but with a deadly twist.

Time Is Your Health
There is no life bar. No extra lives.
Your remaining time is your survival.

Abilities Cost Time
Every special move, power, and tactical advantage drains precious seconds.
Power comes at a price—and reckless play will erase you.

Strategic Arcade Gameplay
How you spend your time permanently alters the game’s difficulty, pacing, and enemy behavior.
Reflexes alone won’t save you, planning and timing are everything.

War Flavor’s enemies aren’t mindless targets. Their strengths and tactics evolve alongside you.

Each family of monsters comes with distinct attack patterns, weaknesses, and surprises keeping you on edge from the first mission to the last boss.

Adapt fast or get overwhelmed.
