A Witch’s Disaster has sealed an island behind a corrupting Storm Wall. You play a demon hunter trying to escape before dawn, fighting through the monsters in your path.
Each run takes you through combat encounters where you shoot enemies, dodge bullet patterns, and collect weapons, weapon parts, relics, and Tarot cards. Customize two guns and combine their effects with elemental damage and other pickups to shape your build.
Character and team talents provide progression between runs, while higher difficulties add stronger enemies and better drops. You can play alone or team up in multiplayer to share items and help one another through encounters; higher difficulties also unlock Battle Scar modifiers that pair boons with curses.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its responsive shooting, hectic boss encounters, and the satisfying power of combining guns, relics, and cards into strong builds. Co-op with friends, including sharing items and helping downed teammates, is another recurring positive.
