Pro Basketball Manager 2026

From the Devs

Become the head coach and architect of a basketball dynasty. For the first time ever, the Basketball Champions League is featured in the series — one of the premier continental competitions, now fully licensed with all official teams and players. Manage tactics, finances, recruitment and the locker room — every decision shapes your legacy.

Suit up and take charge of one of 2,000+ professional teams across 90 domestic leagues (including 17 women's leagues). From daily training and match tactics to long-term budgets and facilities, every choice is yours — on and off the court.

A COMPLETE CLUB & NATIONAL TEAM MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

• Manage clubs and national teams. Full-season control: lineups, tactics, staff and long-term club vision.

• Deep scouting and recruitment systems to build your squad from youth prospects to superstars.

LICENSES

We’re proud to announce that the Basketball Champions League will be fully playable at launch, with all clubs and players officially licensed. The game also features 20+ national licensed leagues from France, Turkey, Lithuania, Belgium/Netherlands, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Austria, Sweden, Slovakia, Cyprus, New Zealand, Norway, Italy and the women's adriatic league!

FULL REBUILD IN 3D — MORE LIFE, MORE CHARACTER

• All textures and 3D character models have been rebuilt for superior immersion. New hairstyles, beards and accessories (headbands, sleeves, shoes) create unique looks for every player.

• Reworked animations and lighting for more fluid, immersive matches.

• Improved in-game AI with multiple difficulty levels.

NEW, FASTER UI — ENGINEERED FOR MANAGERS

• A redesigned interface and rewritten UI components for smooth navigation.

• Big tables and lists now load up to 20x faster — find the info you need in an instant.

REVAMPED CHEMISTRY & MORALE

• Team chemistry is deeper: leaders, influential players and shared history now matter more.

• Players who play together more often develop stronger on-court synergy — but keeping leaders happy may cost you.

Are you willing to overpay your current leader to keep them, or bring in a new superstar and risk breaking the chemistry?

RICHER INTERACTIONS & NEGOTIATED OUTCOMES

Important actions such as transfer exits and dismissals now require negotiation. Explain your decision, handle player reactions — and face the consequences. You may end up with a demotivated player if negotiations fail!

PRE-SEASON & FRIENDLY PLANNING

Plan friendlies with intent: draw big crowds against established teams or test tactics quietly on the road. Each choice affects income and player morale. Are you willing to risk a heavy defeat (and, by extension, your players' morale) for higher income? These early preseason choices will determine how well your team starts the season!

CREATE TOMORROW’S STARS — AND EARN FOR IT

Invest in youth recruitment and the draft. Produce the next generation of talent and receive a payout when they are drafted!

POWERFUL DATAEDITOR & STEAM WORKSHOP SUPPORT

Pro Basketball Manager 2026 ships with a free DataEditor and full Workshop integration so the community can create and share teams, player faces, rosters and more.
