Cards and Castles is a collectible card game built around tactical board battles. Players assemble decks and compete against other players, with cards appearing as animated characters on the game board.
During battles, players place units and other cards, carefully position their pieces, and choose when to strike. Decks can combine cards from up to two factions, creating different strategic combinations.
Players collect cards, receive free cards for logging in, and earn rewards by ranking up in competition. The game also features weekend Draft Tournaments and a Sudden Death mechanic intended to keep matches from dragging on.
