In the depths of a labyrinthine ruin, a young girl named Mion rises from a deep sleep. Lost, alone, and with no memory of how she got here or where her parents are, she is greeted by two fireflies—one composed entirely of light, and another who lurks among the shadows.

Mion awakens alone and without her memories in an underground ruin. To find a way out, she relies on two fireflies: one made of light and one connected to the shadows.
Rather than controlling Mion directly, you guide her movements with the light firefly. The shadow firefly can interact with obstacles and mechanisms, so puzzles call for careful positioning, timing, and coordination between the two.
Make your way through the ruin while navigating traps, monsters, and boss encounters. Brief memory fragments and details in the environment gradually provide clues about Mion and her past.
