The New Flesh

The New Flesh is a first-person exploration experience that places you inside a strange world connected to music by Red Vox. You encounter unusual inhabitants and help them as you move through the game.

Walk or run through surreal environments, interact with objects, and look for Red Vox records and other collectibles. VHS tapes and other objectives guide your progress through the world.

New areas and song-linked settings appear as you advance, with hidden doors, rooms, and secrets tucked away for careful explorers. The game also includes additional music in distinct environments and a song exclusive to the game.

Many reviewers enjoy how Red Vox’s music is paired with surreal, carefully designed environments, describing the result as an interactive music experience rather than a conventional game. They also value exploring for records and secrets, though some note that the gameplay is simple and that hidden areas can be difficult to find. A few reviewers say the music may not suit every taste.
