You play as a test subject in a medical trial where up to four patients compete to be the last one alive. The game can be played solo or online.
On your turn, you choose from pills with uncertain effects: some help, some cause harm, and some can kill. Each dose can affect your resistance, and losing all of it costs you a life.
Between rounds, you can select experimental items and treatments to influence the odds or interfere with opponents. The game includes multiple pill types and unlockable items and modifiers.
