Logic Bombs

Logic Bombs is a grid-based logic puzzle game. Each board contains bombs, creatures, and other markers; your task is to mark cells as walls or empty space until the grid satisfies its rules.

Row and column clues give the required number of walls. Bombs must hit their designated targets, while walls shape blast paths and enclosed zones. Other rules govern how bombs, creatures, and markers can interact.

The 160 puzzles introduce rules through early tutorial boards, then combine them in increasingly complex challenges. Each puzzle has its own save slot, and the installation includes a Game Boy-compatible ROM.

Players often enjoy working out how a small set of rules combines into deeper deductions, with satisfying “aha” moments when a puzzle’s solution clicks. Reviews also praise the handcrafted variety and the gradual introduction of more challenging ideas. Some players find later puzzles difficult or unclear, and several criticize the limited tools for tracking possibilities or correcting mistakes.
