In DEFRAG, you guide a combat unit through corrupted digital sectors to eliminate viruses and cleanse each area. Enemies arrive in waves, and defeating a sector boss opens the next stage.

You control movement while your chosen weapons attack automatically. Gather resources during runs and spend them on upgrade nodes to improve your unit and weapons.

Weapon modules add effects and let you shape different combat builds, including combinations of the four weapon types. Challenges and higher difficulties offer further goals and rewards.
