You control Dig Dug beneath the surface, digging up, down, left, and right through earth-filled stages while enemies pursue you.
Defeat enemies by inflating them with your harpoon until they pop, or use rocks to crush them. Tunnel routes can help you lure enemies beneath falling rocks, including several at once.
Clear every enemy on screen to advance. The game centers on arcade-style survival and score chasing, with later stages increasing the challenge. This release also offers old and new versions, plus scanline and sound settings.
