You play as Patient No. 6079, who wakes in the Greenwater Institute with no memory of who they are or what brought them there. As dark visions unsettle your sense of reality, the story leads through memories tied to the institute and the surrounding Deep South.
Explore the institute, derelict towns, abandoned buildings, and swamps. Search environments, interact with objects, and piece together clues through puzzles as you investigate corruption, religious immorality, and murder.
The narrative unfolds across six chapters, each around 20 to 30 minutes long. The game is designed for VR, with a calibration room and locomotion options; medication from the doctor can suppress those who haunt you.
