Deep Breach

From the Devs

⚠ CONTAINMENT FAILURE IMMINENT

A Tactical Sci-Fi Horde Survival Roguelike where every strategic choice matters.

Suppress a rapidly evolving biological outbreak consuming a fallen military research complex. Fight alongside HELIOS, a damaged tactical AI whose forecasts grow less reliable with every passing Dawn. Deploy orbital defenses, fuse experimental technologies, engineer devastating weapon builds, and adapt to an enemy that refuses to stop evolving.

Break Shields.
Shred Armor.
Adapt or Collapse.

⚔ ADAPTIVE COMBAT: COUNTER EVOLVING SWARMS

The breach is not uniform.

Corrupted forces evolve specialized defenses that actively punish static loadouts and repetitive tactics.

⚡ Energy Shields

Absorb and nullify energy-based weapon systems.

🛡 Kinetic Armor

Mitigate incoming ballistic damage and resist sustained fire.

🧬 Bio-Constructs

Regenerative biological horrors sustained by immense durability.

No weapon counters every threat.

Success depends on reading the battlefield, identifying emerging mutations, and adapting your arsenal before containment collapses.

The right weapon can stabilize an entire sector.

The wrong weapon can trigger a chain reaction of failures.

🛠 ENGINEER YOUR DESTRUCTION

Build weapons that fit your strategy.

Deep Breach features a powerful socket-based customization system that allows you to reshape your arsenal far beyond simple stat upgrades.

Modify Damage Profiles

Configure weapons to break shields, shred armor, or melt biological targets.

Alter Battlefield Roles

Transform precision rifles into crowd-clearing suppression platforms.

Design Specialized Counters

Create purpose-built weapons engineered to dismantle specific enemy adaptations.

Every modification changes how you fight.

Every build changes how you survive.

🧬 COMBAT DESIGNATIONS

Unlock powerful Combat Designations that redefine your playstyle through unique progression paths, specialized equipment, and battlefield protocols.

Become:

🔴 Butcher

An aggressive close-range executioner focused on life-steal, cleaving attacks, and overwhelming momentum.

🟠 Shredder

A relentless ballistic specialist supported by autonomous combat drones and sustained suppressive fire.

🔵 Tesla

A master of energy warfare who dominates the battlefield through electrical disruption and shield annihilation.

Unlock Protocols, upgrade your Designation, and evolve your combat identity throughout each operation.

No two survivors fight the breach the same way.

📡 DEPLOY & FUSE ORBITAL DEFENSES

The facility's containment network has failed.

What remains is under your command.

Deploy military infrastructure directly from orbit to secure critical sectors, reinforce chokepoints, and establish devastating kill zones.

Deploy Tactical Turrets

Hold defensive lines against overwhelming enemy pressure.

Fuse Experimental Technologies

Combine compatible turret platforms into hybrid defenses with unique attack patterns and battlefield roles.

Orbital Fabrication

Launch recovered resources into orbit and manufacture ammunition, defensive structures, weapons, and advanced technologies during active operations.

The right defense network can hold an entire front.

The wrong one can leave the facility exposed.

🔬 RESEARCH OR BE OVERRUN

The enemy evolves.

So must you.

Recover research data from compromised sectors and unlock new technologies, advanced turret platforms, powerful weapon modifications, Designation upgrades, and HELIOS enhancements.

Every breakthrough expands your options.

Every delay strengthens the breach.

Adaptation is not progression.

Adaptation is survival.

⏳ THE DAWN SYSTEM

Time is running out.

Each Dawn pushes the facility further toward irreversible collapse.

Escalating Threats

Enemy density increases and new mutations emerge.

Failing Infrastructure

Containment systems deteriorate and security networks collapse.

Growing Resource Demands

Every fabrication order becomes a strategic decision.

Strategies that worked five Dawns ago may fail entirely on the next.

You are not reclaiming the facility.

You are surviving its collapse one Dawn at a time.

🧠 HELIOS CALCULATES. YOU DECIDE.

HELIOS provides tactical forecasts, threat analysis, containment projections, and probability estimates.

But its systems are damaged.

Its conclusions are imperfect.

Its recommendations are not guarantees.

It can tell you what might happen.

It cannot decide what must be done.

That responsibility belongs to you.

SURVIVE THE NEXT DAWN

Containment systems are failing.

Enemy adaptations are accelerating.

HELIOS is compromised.

And you are the last operator still standing.

Contain the breach.

Engineer your destruction.

Survive the next Dawn.
