Retro Puzzles - Eviva L'arte

From the Devs

Piece by piece, discover the art behind the puzzle.

Retro Puzzles - Eviva L’arte is a calm, museum-inspired jigsaw experience built around four timeless pleasures: the focus of puzzle solving, the richness of classical painting, the atmosphere of classical music, and the historical stories behind great artists and their works.

Travel through a curated collection of classic artworks, complete detailed jigsaw puzzles, unlock new painters and regions, and slowly build your own gallery of completed masterpieces. Each painting is more than an image to finish — it is a work of art to observe, study, and discover.

A jigsaw journey through classical art

Explore 225 painting-based puzzles across 45 artists and 9 world regions. Each artist includes a selection of carefully chosen works, presented as high-resolution jigsaw boards with a museum-inspired visual style.

From relaxed sessions to demanding long-form puzzles, every artwork can be played across three difficulty tiers:

• Easy: 128–525 pieces

• Normal: 504–1540 pieces

• Hard: 2000–4160 pieces

Complete puzzles to unlock new artworks, artists, categories, and regions as your journey through art history expands.

More than pictures — stories behind the masterpieces

Every artist and artwork includes short, fact-based descriptions designed to give context without turning the game into a textbook. Learn who created each painting, where it came from, what makes it significant, and why it still carries visual power today.

The goal is simple: not to lecture, but to let you notice more. A face in the corner. A hand gesture. A cracked surface. A brushstroke. A tiny detail you may have missed if the painting were only a background image.

Look closer

Use the artwork preview and zoom features to inspect each painting before or during play. Many works reveal their character up close: brush texture, aged varnish, canvas detail, cracks, restored fragments, and the small imperfections that make historical paintings feel alive.

Retro Puzzles - Eviva L’arte is built for players who enjoy not only completing an image, but spending time with it.

A calm classical atmosphere

The game is shaped by classical music rather than short casual jingles. The soundtrack is meant to support concentration, patience, and a slower rhythm of play — a quiet table, a detailed painting, and time to solve at your own pace.

Play in 2D or atmospheric 3D

Choose how you want to play. Use a clean classic 2D view for a traditional jigsaw experience, or switch to the atmospheric 3D camera mode for a more physical tabletop feeling with depth, subtle movement, and a richer sense of space.
