Picking up after the first Syberia, the game follows Kate Walker as she leaves her former life behind and travels north with Hans Voralberg. Together they seek the legendary land of Syberia and the mammoths said to live there.
Players explore snowy settlements, remote buildings, and wilderness locations, speaking with characters and searching for clues and useful objects. The journey unfolds through a series of linked areas and obstacles.
This is a point-and-click adventure built around observation and puzzles. Players collect and use items, interact with mechanical devices, and draw on details from conversations and surroundings to make progress.
Players often praise the snowy atmosphere, distinctive settings, music, and the continuation of Kate and Hans’s journey. Many also enjoy the story and its emotional tone, while puzzle difficulty divides opinions: some find the challenges satisfying, and others report unclear solutions, hidden objects, and frustrating backtracking.
