Characters

Cassius — The Town Doctor

"You trust too easily, girl. You don't realize how dangerous I really am."

A brilliant but cold physician, always in control — but his lack of empathy and cynical outlook keep others at arm's length. He avoids personal connections and hides a past riddled with guilt. Can you show him that even someone burdened by sin is worthy of love?

Raoul — The Devout Priest

"It only takes a spark of light to chase away the shadows. A little faith can go a long way."

Your childhood friend and a well-loved priest: gentle, loyal, steadfast in his faith. He strives to do what is right, no matter the cost. But as his world begins to fall apart, will your bond be strong enough to hold him together?

Virgil — The Enigmatic Puppet Master

"I'd much rather toy with you than answer difficult questions. You're just so delightful to play with."

An eccentric who speaks in riddles and sees the world as a stage. Virgil reigns over a motley family of orphans and outcasts who cheer his name wherever he performs — but beneath the whimsy lies a shadowy truth. Can you look past the performance and find the man behind the mask?

Aloysius — The Vampire Lord

"You humans just have to satisfy your curiosity, even if it leads you into danger."

The lord of the castle, and the one who takes you there. He has lived long enough that mortal lives look brief to him, and he holds the power of life and death over everyone under his roof. He answers your questions only when it amuses him — and the longer you stay, the harder it becomes to tell disdain from interest.

Hadrian — The Newly Crowned Lord

"We may be surrounded by finery and glamor, but you're standing in a pit of vipers."

A vampire lord who took his title by force: he seized another lord's domain and set himself against all the rest. Courteous, patient, and entirely without mercy — and he has decided that he wants you. He gives the alternate ending its name, and its three fates.
