Renegades

From the Devs

Renegades is a turn-based party card battler about five fugitives trying to cross a kingdom that has decided people like them should disappear.

The Kingdom of Valdris has outlawed unsanctioned magic. The old orders have bent, the roads have gone dark, and the people who once held the frontier together are being hunted. Your party did not set out to save the world. They defected, survived, and kept walking.

Choose three characters for each battle. Each has their own deck, hand, items, defenses, and role in the fight. Every turn, play cards drawn from the deck of your characters in combat, spend your actions carefully, then watch the round resolve: your party first, enemies second. Complete optional objectives to win rewards in the form of more power or better loot.

Key Features

• Multi-character card tactics- Fight with 3 active characters from a roster of 5, each with an independent deck and tactical identity.

• Deterministic turn resolution - Plan your round, play cards in any order, then weather the enemy response.

• Distinct party roles - Hold the line with Hyperion, heal and break enemies with Solyn, set traps with Faide, mark and detonate with Luciana, and turn blood into power with Arinas.

• A world map built around visible choices - Explore the Greenveil Forest, uncover Points of Interest, face roaming threats, and decide which roads are worth the risk.

• Original music - that captures the spirit of battle and the Renegades world.

• Narrative consequences with mechanical weight - Events, defeats, and hard choices can leave temporary emotion cards in your deck: Hope, Shame, Vengeance, Grief, and more.

• Character growth through mastery - Invest in character-specific mastery lines to unlock new cards, passives, and stronger tactical identities.

• Gear, consumables, and battle rewards - Shape your loadouts between fights and earn bonuses for clean victories, risky plays, and careful execution.

This is a game about tactics under pressure, trust earned slowly, and the small decisions people make when every road leads north.
