Death Squared is a puzzle game in which players guide colored robots to goals of the matching color. The main campaign can be played solo or with two players, while Party Mode is designed for up to four.
Each level is a compact hazard-filled puzzle. Players observe how traps and mechanisms react, plan the order of their moves, and push movable blocks to make a safe path. A misstep can send robots back to the start.
The game includes an 80-level story campaign with voiced dialogue, 40 Party Mode levels, and additional Vault experiments, including 42 two-player Extra Vault levels. Solo players control two robots at once.
Players often praise the cooperative puzzles for making communication and coordinated movement part of the challenge, and enjoy solving the levels together with friends or family. Reviews also appreciate the puzzles’ logic and the straightforward controls, with some players finding the game enjoyable solo as well. Humor and narration land for some, though others find the dialogue repetitive or the solo experience less engaging.

Welcome to the bottom of the Steam page and since you're hear we can ramble on about the game
Is this a sokoban game? We'll in this game YOU are the blocks. But you also push around other blocks so I guess it is a sokoban puzzle game.
We even have a fully voiced, funny story that plays out throughout the 80 story levels. Will Dave make it through to the end?
Fun fact the game is called RORORORO (ロロロロ) in Japan which happens to be one of our most popular regions for the game. And the kanji ロ means mouth but also looks like our bots. And then ロロロロ could be also seen as "argument" so in hindsight we wish we called the game this from the start.
The game was made in Sydney Australia and started out as a Global Game Jam game. Hence the punny title which we just rolled with
We have the Nintendo Switch to thank for making this game not a complete financial failure but in the 7 years since release we've been able to maintain a constant trickle of sales and it's still been one of those "hidden gems" in the co-op puzzle genre.
