In a near future reshaped by rising seas and climate change, you develop settlements across small islands and underwater sites. You build cities, expand your society, and respond to the needs of its population.
Create production chains, gather resources, and move goods between islands along trade routes. Manage energy and each island’s ecological balance as you grow your economy, and use research and technology to develop further.
Choose between the industrial Tycoons and sustainability-focused Ecos, whose buildings and approaches differ; a Tech faction adds another set of technologies. Play through a campaign or set your own goals in sandbox-style games, with diplomacy and conflict also part of the strategy.
