IT Outage Desk

From the Devs

Every IT career starts with a ticket.

Reset passwords, fix printers, answer impossible questions, and somehow keep the company running one click at a time.

IT Outage Desk is a humorous incremental clicker where you build an IT department from a single help desk technician into a technology empire. Hire staff, automate ticket resolution, upgrade your infrastructure, and climb the corporate ladder as the problems become bigger, stranger, and far more ridiculous.

What begins with forgotten passwords and broken printers eventually grows into company wide outages, executive emergencies, and technology disasters that nobody can explain.

Features

• Resolve over 1,000 unique IT tickets.

• Experience 500+ random events that can help your department or throw everything into chaos.

• Hire staff to automate ticket resolution and expand your IT operation.

• Upgrade your infrastructure from a small office to a massive technology network.

• Unlock achievements, prestige bonuses, and cosmetic customizations.

• Keep making progress while you're away with offline progression.

Whether you've spent years working in IT or you've only heard the stories, you'll probably recognize more of these tickets than you'd like to admit.
