The Developer Says...

Turbo Era Boss is a single-player motorsport management game inspired by the wild turbo era of 1980s Grand Prix racing.

You are not the driver. You are the team boss.

Build your team, manage limited credits, develop the car, choose suppliers, handle sponsors, prepare race weekends and make strategy calls from the pit wall. Every decision matters: power, reliability, tyre wear, fuel, weather, driver form and race timing can turn a promising weekend into glory — or disaster.

Take control across qualifying, race setup and race day. Read the weather, react to changing track conditions, manage tyres and boost, plan pit stops and protect both cars through a full season.

Key features:

• Manage a retro 1980s-inspired racing team

• Create your own team or take control of an existing fictional constructor

• Develop chassis, engine, tyres and factory capacity

• Hire and manage drivers with different strengths, form and potential

• Balance sponsor pressure, prize money and development costs

• Prepare qualifying runs with risk, tyre choice and car setup

• Make race-day calls for tyres, boost, fuel and pit strategy

• React to rain, drying tracks, tyre wear, reliability issues and incidents

• Play a full single-player season with long-term progression

Turbo Era Boss is about pressure, timing and survival in an age of boost, risk and ambition.

The cars are fast. The budgets are tight. The sponsors are watching.

Welcome to the pit wall.
