Start as a street racer and mechanic, building cars from individual parts and entering races as you progress through a career of clubs and events.
Buy vehicles and components, assemble engines and drivetrains, adjust suspension and gearing, and change a car’s appearance. You can also remove and sell parts, paint bodywork, and repair damage in the garage.
Race on city streets and dedicated tracks in modes including drag racing, drifting, and circuit events, or drive around in freeride mode. Crashes can damage your car and cost money to fix, making setup and careful driving part of progression.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its detailed, hands-on car building and tuning, the freedom to experiment with unusual setups, and the added stakes when crashes damage a carefully built car. Nostalgia and modding also come up as reasons people return. Reviews are mixed on the experience, with recurring complaints about bugs, crashes, difficult handling, and awkward controls or interface.
