Tire Dealer Simulator

From the Devs

ACT I - SAVE THE SHOP. BUILD THE BUSINESS.

Your father’s tire shop is now in your hands—but so is its debt.

Start with a small service shop, limited equipment and a strict payment schedule. Serve customers, negotiate profitable deals and complete tire jobs yourself. Pay off the debt, expand your operation and turn a struggling local shop into a growing tire business.

MEET CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THE SALE

Every customer arrives with different needs, expectations and a price in mind. Ask the right questions, understand what they are looking for and recommend the right tires.

Your responses affect customer trust. Set your price, handle counteroffers and decide how far you are willing to push the negotiation. Higher prices mean higher profits—but push too hard and the customer may walk away.

DO THE WORK YOURSELF

Bring the customer’s vehicle into the service bay and complete the job step by step.

Raise the car on the lift, remove the lug nuts and wheels, separate the old tires from the rims, fit the replacements, balance the wheels and install everything back onto the vehicle.

From making the sale to tightening the final lug nut, the job is yours.

CHANGE, FIT AND BALANCE THE TIRES

Removing the wheel is only the beginning.

Use the tire changer to separate the old tire from the rim, mount the replacement and prepare the wheel for balancing. Place it on the balancing machine, complete the process and return the finished wheel to the vehicle.

MANAGE STOCK, PRICES AND CASH FLOW

The right tire is useless if it is not on your shelf.

Stock different sizes, brands and seasonal tire types. Follow market prices and changing demand, order inventory and decide how aggressively you want to finance your growth.

Track sales, expenses, wages, loans, factory debt and upcoming payment deadlines from your shop computer.

Running out of stock can cost you a customer. Taking on too much debt can cost you the business.

BUY STOCK BEFORE YOU NEED IT

Demand changes throughout the year, and every tire sitting on your shelf is money tied up in inventory.

Watch tire sizes, seasonal demand and market prices. Order ready stock when you need inventory quickly or plan ahead for future deliveries.

Choose between paying immediately or using deferred factory payments—but every financial shortcut creates another deadline.

GROW FROM A SMALL SHOP

Reinvest your profits into better equipment and additional service capacity.

Upgrade your tools, tire changers and balancing machines. Open additional service bays, hire mechanics and increase the number of vehicles your business can handle.

As the shop grows, managing the workflow becomes just as important as doing the work yourself.

HIRE MECHANICS AND MANAGE THE WORKFLOW

You will not be able to do everything yourself forever.

Hire mechanics to help with service work and expand the number of jobs your shop can handle. Better employees cost more, but a stronger team allows the business to serve more customers at the same time.

ACT II - TAKE ON COMPANY CONTRACTS

Move beyond individual customers and start servicing company fleets.

Accept multi-vehicle contracts, prepare the required inventory and complete each vehicle before the deadline.

Larger contracts bring larger payouts and bonuses—but failing to prepare enough stock or finish the work on time can turn an opportunity into a financial loss.

ACT III - ENTER THE WHOLESALE MARKET

A successful tire shop is only the beginning.

Build a dedicated wholesale operation, purchase tires in bulk and supply other tire businesses.

Start with local orders and gradually move toward larger customers and national distribution. Larger orders can generate far greater profits, but they demand more inventory, more working capital and much stronger planning.
