The Devs Say...

Developed by R.N.G Works · Published by R.N.G Works

From the Devs

Before you go, let me ask you something.

Do you love hunting for loot?
Does that flash of orange make you lean closer to the screen?
How about top-down 2D action with monsters pouring in from every direction?
And a fantasy world full of swords, magic, and people with a little personality?

All of the above?
Then we're going to get along. I love all of it too. That's why I'm making this game.

This is a fantasy world with a familiar spirit.
Early-'90s SEGA. The Mega Drive. The Genesis. If those names bring back memories, these graphics and sounds are for you. And so are the dungeons that won't let you off easy.

But struggling isn't where your story has to end.

You were running for your life. Now it's their turn.

And it might all come down to one weapon.
You drag a mystery weapon home from a treasure chest. Have it appraised. And suddenly realize what you've found.

On your next expedition, whole crowds of enemies go flying.
The stage that had you cornered becomes your hunting ground.
That moment when one incredible drop changes everything? That's what I want you to experience.

Pile on powerful weapons and overwhelm the opposition.
Or put unusual enchantments to work and find your own way through.
Look over your latest haul. Who should come with you next time? What combination should you try?

Back in town, there are people to talk to and requests to take on.
Fight. Find treasure. Bring it home. Head out again.
I want that loop to keep giving you something to look forward to.

And please, open the instruction manual.

Remember leafing through the manual before you even started a game, getting excited about the adventure ahead?
I wanted to bring that feeling back too.

The nostalgia doesn't have to include the inconvenience.
Meet the in-game conditions to unlock faster play and Auto Mode!
Take your time exploring, or get straight back to the hunt for your next great drop.

If you're thinking, "That's my kind of game," give the free demo a try.
And if you want to come back for the next adventure, add it to your wishlist.

RuiNsGate Survivors. The next weapon you bring home could be your game-changer.
