Cargo Directorate

From the Devs

Build your logistics company across Europe.

Cargo Directorate is a single-player logistics management game about building a small freight operation into an efficient European transport network.

Start with a single van, a driver, and a limited budget. Choose contracts carefully, plan profitable routes, keep empty mileage under control, and reinvest your earnings into a growing fleet. As your company expands, new vehicle classes, cargo opportunities, depots, customers, financing options, and automation become available.

BUILD YOUR FLEET

Grow from small vans to heavy trucks. Buy vehicles outright or lease them to expand faster, assign drivers with different strengths, monitor vehicle condition, and decide when maintenance, replacement, or further investment makes financial sense.

PLAN CONNECTED FREIGHT TOURS

Don't treat every delivery as an isolated job. Combine compatible freight, plan multi-leg tours, use return freight, reposition vehicles when necessary, and keep your trucks earning instead of travelling empty.

EXPAND ACROSS EUROPE

Turn a local operation into a European logistics network. Open and upgrade depots, establish operations across multiple countries, develop valuable customer relationships, and watch your fleet move across a stylized map of Europe.

RUN THE BUSINESS

Revenue is only part of the equation. Fuel, wages, maintenance, depot expenses and financing all affect the bottom line. Follow your company's finances, compare opportunities by actual profitability, and decide how aggressively you want to grow.

AUTOMATE A GROWING OPERATION

As the company becomes larger, unlock dispatch automation to handle routine work while you focus on expansion, fleet strategy, customer relationships and the routes that deserve your attention.

MASTER YOUR LOGISTICS NETWORK

Company Mastery provides long-term objectives across fleet development, financial resilience, customer relationships, connected logistics and network efficiency. Build a company capable of operating across Europe — then continue developing it after reaching mastery.
