After an asteroid devastates Earth, Walker becomes the last Ranger in a wasteland threatened by violent gangs and the Authority, a force seeking control. The single-player story follows Walker's fight against the Authority. Travel on foot and by vehicle through different wasteland regions, taking on enemy bases, mutant nests, roadblocks, and other activities. Explore locations for supplies and gear, and intercept hostile convoys. Find Arks to unlock weapons and Nanotrite abilities such as dashes, shields, and attacks that knock enemies back. Upgrade weapons, abilities, and Walker's main vehicle with resources, and use Overdrive to boost firepower in combat.
