MotoGP™17 recreates the 2017 motorcycle racing championship, with its bikes, teams, riders, and circuits. Players take the role of a rider competing in races across the championship’s classes.

On track, players steer through corners and manage braking, throttle, and body position. They can jump into quick races or take part in championship competition, with settings that affect the riding challenge.

Managerial Career mode adds an off-track role: players run a team, make decisions about riders and sponsors, and invest in research and development. The game also includes historic classes alongside its 2017 content.
