You play as Dorothy, a steambot exploring beneath a trading town shaken by mysterious earthquakes. With an unlikely companion, she searches for a missing friend while uncovering what lies underground.

Dig through caves and connected areas to gather ore and other resources, then return to town to sell your finds and upgrade your equipment. Teleport points help you travel between the surface and places you have explored.

New tools and abilities help you reach blocked-off routes and tackle hazards, enemies, platforming challenges, and environmental puzzles. Hidden collectibles can also be used to activate character perks.

Players often enjoy the cycle of mining, exploring, selling resources, and improving their gear, especially as new abilities open routes to secrets and areas they could not reach before.
