Marion LaRue, a rebellious elemental magic student, and Audrey Clary, an alchemy student and heiress, were once close friends. After a period apart, they cross paths again while trying to celebrate Castlecoast’s Sunflower Festival.
Read their story from both Marion’s and Audrey’s perspectives as the reunion unfolds alongside scenes from their shared past. Their conversations and relationships with people around them reveal the misunderstandings and personal pressures that shape their friendship and feelings.
Interactive dialogue choices affect the characters’ actions and the story’s ending. The visual novel features English voice acting, animated characters and backgrounds, illustrated scenes, and an original soundtrack.
Players often enjoy the tender romance, the two leads’ character development, and seeing events from both perspectives. English voice performances and the animated artwork are frequently praised, with music and the compact length also appreciated. Some reviewers find the plot familiar or the shifts between past and present confusing, and a number wish the story were longer.
