You play as a fisherman stranded on a mysterious island after a violent storm. As you search for a way forward, you encounter traces of the Arque Corporation and its secretive operations.
Explore island locations and abandoned facilities, inspect objects, and follow clues from computers and audio logs. Environmental puzzles and hazards shape your route through the story.
The first-person adventure combines exploration with encounters against infected creatures and armed opponents, using guns and melee weapons. Progress through a series of areas as you piece together what happened on the island.
