Live Wallpaper Master is a Windows desktop tool for choosing animated wallpapers from a built-in library and applying them to your desktop.
To make a wallpaper, load a picture into the editor and add effects such as weather, nature, animated objects, particles, and morphing.
Browse, search, download, and vote on wallpapers in the built-in Workshop browser. Save your creations to a private library or share them on Steam Workshop; the program also supports multiple monitors.
In the supplied reviews, players appreciate the available live wallpapers and the ability to customize or create them, with one reviewer also describing the software as easy to use. Other reviewers report problems including wallpapers disappearing after sleep, display and multi-monitor issues, high CPU use, and unwanted nudity in some wallpapers.
